Hi there, I am passionate about technology. Mauritian born, my career started out in the private sector, then I moved to the public sector for nine years (2000-2009) where I contributed to produce a huge amount of promotional materials to showcase Mauritius worldwide.
I am now the CEO and founder AfriEDX, a technology company specialised in solutions for VR in education. We also provide both online and live training on immersive technologies.
I believe that technologies can make a big impact on the social and economic development in the sub-Saharan African region.
Through my upcoming book “Virtual Reality Demystified” and AfriEDX, my aim is to contribute to the enhancement of education by leveraging new technologies with the objective of helping to reduce school dropout rate and make learning more engaging and interactive.
